Up at about 7 am, tried to listen to the Net, which is normally on channel 22. This morning there was an open mic on 22, which prevented use of it. The backup channel we moved to is 18. That is working well.
Today we will go out and dump our holding tank, and probably go into see some friends.
Well, we decided to stay on the boat and get over our colds.
We saw some whales while we were out, pretty close, maybe 10 feet off the port bow. Then after we anchored the wind was pretty strong, and someone in a sailboat as big as ours came through the anchorage at full speed heeling over, within 10 feet again. This was not good! But no contact between the boats.
Finally dinner and bed.
