Up at 6 morning routines, then I got a shower on the boat and filled the water tank.
Reneé will go to the office and get a shower then check us out around noon. We’re waiting for high tide (or at least rising) the channel is narrow and shallow.
Then we will go to an anchorage so that we can start in the middle of the night. Our next stop is Island Isabela, about 95 miles south.
We don’t want to anchor in the dark, so we will leave in the dark. Which is marginally better.
We have looked and don’t see any places in between to drop anchor.
Well, here we are. It was about 1:00 when Reneé called me from the office. Since we didn’t check out before noon, we have to pay for another day.
So, we will go get diesel, then back to this slip, and depart early tomorrow morning.
