Up at about 7:15, it felt good to sleep in a bit. Breakfast, then bible reading.

As we got started working on cleaning out the aft Lazerette (huge storage area) Miguel came by and introduced Abel who was our helper for getting diesel. He and Reneé went to the diesel station and made 3 trips bringing a total of 114 gallons of diesel getting us almost full. Before he could easily fill our tank, we had to move the boat from the starboard tie to the port tie, this was pretty easy, we fill over half of this pair of slips, so it was a matter of taking off shore power, then tossing lines across and untying the lines on the starboard dock and tying the lines on the port dock.

After finishing the fuel, it was lunch time. Then finish the aft lazarette.

When all of that was done we went after the cabinets under and behind the settee’s in the salon. All that is left now is the storage areas under the sole (floor).

Up at 6:30, then off for breakfast to the “German” restaurant Kafe House for a fantastic breakfast, just too big! We both had to go boxes that we took back to the boat. Then we drove to Lukevile in Arizona (about 65 miles each way) to get parts for the propane system. Today we went to Duke’s for lunch, this is Wednesday so it is Healthy Green specials (salads). Followed by running around for plastic ware to replace the Tupperware so the good stuff can go home.

I went to a chiropractor here in Puerto Peñasco. Interesting things about him, he is only open after 4:30 in the afternoon, as he is busy as a family health Doctor during the daytime hours.

Up at 6:30, breakfast, bible reading and we talked to Miguel and moved the boat to a different slip (we have been in the one we moved to, it is pretty close to the shrimp boats, and we don’t really fit, too wide and too long. However, the end tie we were in does not have power or water. Reneé walked to the store for an avocado, and I went and got the truck and trailer.  Then the real work starts. Unloading the boat into the trailer. We moved the kayak and the paddle board first.

At the end of the day, both of us were pretty exhausted.

We went to the BBQ place here in town for dinner, awesome rib sandwiches!

A very rare picture! Reneé got this from the dock as I was moving the boat from one dock to another, she was waiting for the boat to tie us up.

We arrived at the buoy outside Puerto Peñasco at 10:50, high tide is 10:58, this was about perfect. We tied up with out help at 11:30. We asked for the marina to provide help and direction as to which slip, getting none, we took the end tie and will move when there is less wind.

After a quick bite, we are going to get a nap. Other than shrimp boats, and maybe one whale, it was a very uneventful trip. Just long.
